    • Royal Colombo Golf Club, the oldest Golf Club in Sri Lanka located in a residential area in Colombo. Established in 1880, it is a haven although surrounded by residential and commercial buildings with a scenic landscape and rare fauna and flora. As it is situated in a 96-acre former model farm it has a pastoral environment. This is the second oldest Golf Club outside the United Kingdom with a wide range of gold memorabilia in the clubhouse.
      Description of the Activity:   You can participate for a one-day Golf course at Club and there are rules which all visitors must obey.

      Dress Code:

      Golf/ Regular sports shoes
      Dress Shorts/Long trousers
      Log/short sleeved shirts – with collars
      No Round Neck T-shirts or vests (Beach shorts or running shorts are not permitted)

    • The climate is tropical and warm, due to the moderating effects of ocean winds. Mean temperatures range from 17 °C (62.6 °F) in the central highlands, where frost may occur for several days in the winter, to a maximum of 33 °C (91.4 °F) in other low-altitude areas. Average yearly temperatures range from 28 °C (82.4 °F) to nearly 31 °C (87.8 °F). Day and night temperatures may vary by 14 °C (25.2 °F) to 18 °C (32.4 °F).[186]
